Application for After School, Evening, and Weekend Use:

If you are interested in submitted a rental request, please create an account and submit your request through our  a minimum of 15 business days prior to the requested rental date.

Application for Childcare Operators:

When space for childcare becomes available, a Request for Expression of Interest (REOI) will be advertised on the  website along with the requirements for that particular space. Operators wishing to open childcare programs in the district are encouraged to continuously monitor the website at the link for future callings. 

Application for Commercial Filming/Photography:

Deadlines:

Historical Applications:

Historical user groups (groups that rented in the past year) are given first right of refusal to rent the same space and time they used in the previous year if an application for renewal is submitted by the annual booking deadline of May 15 at 11:59pm. If the day, time or space(s) requested for use change in any way from the previous year, the application will be considered new. Groups will be notified by email in March annually when renewal applications will be accepted.

New Applications:

New applications for the period of July 1- June 30 of the following school year will be accepted starting on May 16 at 12:00am in a first come, first-served basis. *see above for information regarding applications for new childcare space

Bookings During Summer, Winter and Spring Break: 

Available space during school closures will vary year to year due to the high volume of maintenance and district programs. Rentals during school closures do not get first right of refusal for usage of the same space, dates and times they had in the preceding year. All requests for space during school closures will be considered together and new each year. The School District will endeavor to fulfill as many rental requests as it can accommodate until space is full. We cannot guarantee all requests will be approved in full. 

Field Applications: 

Historical irrigated field groups do not get first right of refusal for the same space and time as they had the preceding year. The availability of irrigated fields change annually and community needs change significantly each year. All irrigated field requests will be considered together and new each year.

The School District will endeavor to fulfill as many field rental requests as it can accommodate until space is full. We cannot guarantee that all requests will be approved in full.

Ensure your request is submitted by May 15 at 11:59pm for consideration in the Field Allotments for the upcoming school year. Once space is allotted, we will continue to accept applications for the remaining available space.
